AXIS Control Unit is designed to run and control single spindle, and it enables to structure a simple system configuration.
Master link connection enables max. of 31 spindles system.

  • 7 types of fastening strategies such as Torque control, Angle control are equipped as standard functions to make fastening flexible for various kinds of joints.
  • Various monitoring functions such as Torque rate judgment, Zone judgement detect abnormal fastening and improve productivity.
  • Fastening history (Max. of 5115 records), System error history (50 records) help to analyze the causes of fastening troubles
